The petitioner has come up with the instant application praying for relaxation of the condition of bail. Vide order dated 6th December, 2021, the Co-ordinate Bench passed an order granting bail to the petitioner stipulating a condition that the petitioner shall stay outside the jurisdiction of Shibpur Police Station and shall enter the said jurisdiction only for the purposes of meeting the Officer-inCharge of Shibpur Police Station once a week until further orders.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that charge-sheet has already been filed in connection with Shibpur Police Station Case No.50 of 2021 in which the petitioner is an accused.

The above condition is waived on the following terms and conditions:- The petitioner shall be permitted henceforth to stay within Shibpur Police Station but he will not try to influence the witnesses on behalf of the prosecution. If such allegation is levelled against the petitioner at any stage of trial, the order of bail granted to the petitioner on 6th December, 2021 shall be cancelled without further reference to this Court. Since charge-sheet has already been filed, the petitioner does not require to meet the Officer-in-Charge of Shibpur Police Station any further. However, the petitioner is directed to attend the Trial Court on each and every date of trial. With the above order, the instant application is disposed of.
