Considering the incriminating material available in the case diary, including the injury report and the alleged role ascribed to the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
