1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners are the parents of the deceased. Deceased is one son of the petitioners and another son of the petitioners named Sherful Biswas @ Serful Biswas has already been released on bail vide order dated 03.05.2023 passed in CRM (DB) 1796 of 2023.

3. It is fairly submitted at the Bar that the present petitioners are similarly circumstanced with the aforesaid co-accused who has been enlarged on bail.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Berhampore, Murshidabad, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in connection with Rejinagar

Police Station Case No. 18 of 2023 dated 10.01.2023.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
