It appears that the petitioner has already been arrested. In fact, on 17.06.2025 he was produced before the ACJM, Sealdah and police custody was allowed till 21.06.2025. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as infructuous.
