1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. In view of nature of allegation against the petitioner and the fact that on four earlier occasions the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by the co-ordinate Benches, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioner at this stage.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. CRM (DB) 2224 of 2023 is dismissed.
