1. At the time of hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has filed a letter dated 28.10.2025, as written by the writ petitioner addressed to the learned advocate-on-record of the instant writ petition, requesting him to withdraw the instant writ petition.

2. Let the letter dated 28.10.2025 as filed today on behalf of the writ petitioner be taken on record.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that in view of such letter dated 28.10.2025, the instant writ petition may be dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to file afresh.

4. Heard learned advocate for the writ petitioner at length.

5. Perused the letter dated 28.10.2025 as filed today on behalf of the writ petitioner.

6. In view of the submission as made before this Court on behalf of the writ petitioner WPA 13013 of 2025 is dismissed as non-prosecution.

7. However, liberty is given to the writ petitioner to file afresh on the self-same cause of action, if so

advised.

There shall, however, no order as to costs.
