1. Despite peremptory orders dated 12th April, 2022 passed by a Co-ordinate bench of this Court, the appellant has not taken any steps to put in requisites.

2. In that view of the order dated 12th April, 2022 (supra), F.A. 237 of 2016 shall stand dismissed for default.

3. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. The Registry and the parties may communicate this order to the Court below.

6. L.C.R., if any, may be returned to the Court below.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
