The petitioner seeks consideration of the representation filed before the Assessor Collector (North) objecting mutation in respect of flat nos. 201 and 202 in the first floor of premises no. 29, Biswas Nursery Lane, Ward No. 55.

Without going into the merit of the said representation, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Assessor Collector (North) being the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in the month of March 2022 after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and by passing a reasoned order.

It will be open for all the parties to rely upon all documents in support of their respective stand at the time of hearing.

Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 3rd March,

2022 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
