1. The affidavit of service filed in court today is taken on record.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner's counsel submits that directions be passed to dispose of the pending O.A. 741 of 2023 before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (in short 'Tribunal') within a specified timeframe.

3. From the orders enclosed, it is found that the matter is required to be heard by the Bench comprising of two Members. However, at present, there is only one Member in the Tribunal.

4. In these circumstances, we refrain from passing any direction to conclude the proceedings within a stipulated timeframe. It is needless to say that the proceedings are required to be heard and concluded expeditiously in accordance with law

without granting any undue adjournments or unnecessary delay.

5. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.
