It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for more than 1172 days. He submits that trial is yet to commence. Next date fixed before the jurisdictional court is September 23, 2021 for production of the accused. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is hardly any change in circumstance warranting the Court to grant the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstance warranting the Court to grant bail to the petitioner as prayer for, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
