1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The basis of implication of the present petitioner is stated to be the statement of co-accused, Ripon Sk. Admittedly, aforesaid Ripon Sk. has already been released on bail. Charge-sheet has already been filed and the case has been posted for framing of charge.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, question of parity and stage of the proceeding, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Lalbagh, Murshidabad, in Connection with G.R. Case No. 2373 of 2022 arising out of Ranitala Police Station Case No. 327 of 2022 dated 26.07.2022 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
