Accordingly, respondent nos.3 and 7 are directed to allow the petitioner to participate in the subsequent process for recruitment to the post of Constable (G.O.) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF, Riflemen (GD) in Assam Rifles.

With these observations, WPA 13258 of 2023 is disposed of.
