Submission of learned counsel for the respondents is that with the laps of time nothing survives in this appeal as the appellant had approached the Writ Court with the plea that he could not participate in the tender process as he had received the tender papers late. He has pointed out that the work was awarded to the respondent no. 6 and one more vendor on 7th October, 2020 and the initial period of contract was one year which is also over.

Be that as it may, since on one is present to prosecute the appeal, therefore the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
