Due to inadvertence and typographical mistake, the name of the opposite parties "Board of Trustees for the port of Kolkata & Anr." appearing in the judgment dated 10th May, 2024 has been wrongly typed instead of the "Major Port Authority for Shyama Prasad Mookherjee Port, Kolkata, A body Corporate duly Constituted under the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 & Anr.".

Let the corrections be incorporated and be made part of the judgment dated 10th May, 2024 and other portion of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.
