Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners 20.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.9 Rakib complain that the petitioners land has been grabbed and the petitioners approached the Civil Court when there was a status quo order. However, violating the Civil Court's order the private respondents being of dangerous nature are pursuing their illegal activity of construction and threatening the petitioners in such a manner that the same is instilling fear in the mind of the petitioners and their family members.

Record reflects that last of the representation was furnished in the year 2023, the petitioners would thus approach the Civil Court in siesin of the matter for necessary directions upon the police authorities, in case the construction is in progress.

However, the police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties as on date. If required, petitioner will file a fresh representation in respect of the insecurity felt by them,

police authorities would consider the same in accordance with law and ensure their protection as directed above. With the aforesaid observations WPA 13259 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
