sg Ct. 6 [ Mr. Pratap Sanfui ...for the petitioner The petitioner has approached this Court praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No. 79 of 2016 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessary to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this order along with a copy of this civil revisional application upon the opposite parties forthwith.

From the order-sheet appended to this civil revisional application, it appears that the issues have been framed. However, it further appears that dates have been fixed for filing of the written statement by the defendant nos. 15 to 17 and on 17th June, 2026 was fixed for filing the written statement by the defendant nos. 13 and 14. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour, Sough 24 Parganas to make an endeavour to dispose the Title Suit No. 79 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible after the suit is made is ready for hearing.
