1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Considering the materials placed by learned Counsel for the parties including the statement of the witnesses. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that charge-sheet has already been filed.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and completion of investigation, it is directed that the each of the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda in POCSO case No. 36 of 2023 within 15 days from today in connection with Malda P.S. case No. 126 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023. On their appearance and application for bail each of the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case including the conditions that i) each of the petitioner shall appear before the I.O. from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. everyday for period of once in a week from

the date of the order passed by learned Trial Court; ii) they shall not involve himself in such offence especially in connection with demand of 'chanda', etc. during the currency of this order.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
