We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was present at the hotel from where the victim was kept after abduction. He has been identified in the course of TI parade. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
