The petitioner has made a representation dated 25.03.2022, complaining that she has been awarded lesser marks than what she is entitled too in the process of recruitment to upper primary teachers in the first SLST in the year 2016.

Counsel for the Commission submits that pursuant to order of Division Bench of this Court, the entire process of selection was reviewed. The petitioner's application also came to be considered under the aforesaid review. The petitioner did not succeed even thereafter. It is submitted that the said issue is still pending consideration before a Division Bench of this Court.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the petitioner's claim will abide by any result of the proceeding now pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench, inter MAT No. 638 of 2021.

The writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
