1. Learned advocate representing the applicant alleges violation of the order dated 8th August, 2024 passed on the writ petition being WPA 19075 of 2024. It is also submitted that steps were taken by the school authority as well as District Inspector of Schools (SE) Barrackpore but concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission till date has not decided the transfer application of the petitioner and there is violation of the order by the alleged contemnor.

2. However, on perusal of the order dated 8th August, 2024 it appears that directions were given upon the school authority as well as District Inspector of Schools (SE) Barrackpore to take steps for processing the transfer application of the petitioner. But no direction

was given upon the alleged contemnor to take steps.

3. In view of aforesaid consideration it is found that contempt applicant is not maintainable.

4. Contempt application stands dismissed.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
