Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners sought quashing of proceeding being CS-4251 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar. The petitioners filed an application before the Hon'ble Supreme Court seeking transfer of the said case to an equal and competent court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. By an order passed on October 24, 2024 in Transfer Petition (CRL.) No.441 of 2024, the Hon'ble Supreme Court allowed the prayer of the petitioners and transferred the case to an equal and competent court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The Hon'ble Supreme Court further directed withdrawal of the present revisional application from this Court and granted liberty to the petitioners to file the same before the High Court of Madras.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 2115 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn.
