Gupta, Sr. Advocate Mr. Subir Sanyal Mr. Ratul Biswas ... for the Board In this contempt application the grievance of the petitioner/applicant is that despite order given by an Hon'ble Judge of this court for giving appointment to the petitioner after awarding him six marks, he has not been given appointment.
Today at the time of hearing of this writ application learned Senior Counsel Mr. L. K. Gupta has handed over a copy of a report in respect of one contempt application, being CPAN 461 of 2019/ WPCRC 181 of 2019 and has submitted that in this matter also the said report could be followed by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. In the said report at the last paragraph the following has been stated:
"The Board will recommend the petitioner to the Chairman, Nadia DPSC for appointment after
appropriate order is passed by the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court."
On the basis of the said report learned Senior Counsel Mr. Gupta has submitted that the Board will recommend the applicant/petitioner to any school under the concerned DPSC for appointment as a teacher of primary school.
