The petitioner has filed this writ application in respect of not granting him 'No Objection' in respect of his application for transfer dated 06.08.2021.

Subsequently, when the clarification given by the School Education Directorate as to the single teachers application on 22nd September, 2021, the petitioner filed another application on 30th September, 2021.

He has filed one supplementary affidavit ventilating his grievance in respect of the second transfer application, which is the subject-matter of the writ application.

Hence, I dismiss this writ application with liberty to file afresh if he has any grievance in respect of not allowing his second transfer application.

The writ application being WPA 13959 of 2021 is dismissed with the liberty as given above.

There shall be no order as to costs.
