Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not intend the proceed with the matter any further since he has been discharged from the proceedings pending before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 2118 of 2024 is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
