1. This revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the wife praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 9th Court, Alipore, District-South 24 Parganas to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No.1437 of 2023 expeditiously.

2. From the order sheets appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that 4th July, 2025 has been fixed for service return and acknowledgement due. In view thereof, no direction for expeditious hearing can be passed at this stage.

3. With the above observation, CO 2074 of 2025 stands disposed of.

4. Parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
