The petitioner seeks to be appointed as a Senior Ayurvedic Medical Officer under the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal.

Since the said appointment relates to a StateGovernment post, this writ petition is not maintainable before this Court and the same is dismissed as not maintainable.

The petitioner, however, will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 13270 of 2023 is dismissed.
