The petitioner is aggrieved that the Nandigram Police Station has not taken any steps in respect of the FIR No. 390 of 2021 dated 13.07.2021.

It is submitted by the Counsel for the parties that charge-sheet No. 41 of 2022 dated 28th January, 2022 has been filed in the matter.

The petitioner may take steps, as they may be advised, in respect of the charge-sheet.

Nandigram Police Station, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Let a copy of the charge-sheet filed in Court today be taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
