Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected in March, 2023. At the time of rejection, trial court was requested to conclude the trial within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. The said time frame has not expired. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
