By presenting this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of condition imposed while approving service of the petitioner as Assistant Head Master with effect from 13th January, 2010 vide Memo dated 26th April, 2010 in consideration of pendency of the writ petition being WPA 395 of 2010. During course of hearing learned Advocate representing the State respondents has placed before this Court copy of Memo dated 24th June, 2025 wherefrom it appears that the conditions as imposed in approval Memo dated 26th April, 2010 has been withdrawn due to dismissal of the writ petition being WPA 395 of 2010. Copy of this Memo dated 24th June, 2025 is taken on record. It appears that

grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No further order needs to be passed on this writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 13181 of 2025 stands disposed of.
