Mr. Shamik Chatterjee Mr. Aditya Bikram Mahata Mr. Sahil Kabir ....for the petitioner Ms. Chandreyi Alam Ms. Runu Mukherjee ....for the Union of India By order dated July 4, 2023, this Court dismissed WPA 12371 of 2023. It was recorded in the said order that Mr. Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that applications were pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), but the same were not disposed of by the CAT till the date of the order. It is now submitted that no application is pending before the CAT. Therefore, the order dated July 4, 2023 is modified accordingly. It is recorded that no application made by the petitioner is pending adjudication before the CAT.
