akb Mr. Niraj Gupta ...For the Petitioner Mr. Amal Kumar Sen Ms. Ashima Das (Sil) ...For the Respondents This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his representation and/or objection dated March 17, 2021 at page 13 to this writ petition by the Secretary, State Trasport Authority, being the respondent No. 4.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the record.

I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of parties and perused the materials placed on record. I am of the view that the representation and/or objection of the petitioner is required to be considered by the concerned respondent.

In the light of the above, I direct the Secretary, State Transport Authority, being the respondent No. 4 to consider the representation and/or objection dated March 17, 2021 made by the petitioner upon granting an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, and thereafter, pass necessary reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The reasoned order should be communicated to petitioner within a week from the date of passing such

reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities, on priority basis.
