1. The petitioner is represented.

2. None appears for the State.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that since the alleged contemnor has duly complied with the direction as passed by this Court in connection with WPA 18602 of 2018, the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant contempt application.

4. On perusal of the earlier order dated 2nd April, 2025, it appears that a Memo dated 19th March, 2024, was submitted before this Court showing compliance of the aforementioned order.

5. In view of such, this Court finds that the instant contempt application has become infructuous and is thus disposed of in the light of the observation made hereinabove.
