In this revisional application an interim order had been passed on August 28, 2003. Subsequently, the said interim order was extended till disposal of the revisional application. On February 06, 2019, the matter was dismissed for default but upon an application for restoration being made, the same was restored. The matter has appeared in the list on several occasions before this Court but none has appeared till date. Today also when the matter was called on, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Connected application, if any, is disposed of.

The concerned department is directed to communicate the order passed in Court today to the Court below. The department shall ensure that acknowledgement of receipt of their communication is received. Report of compliance to be placed before this Court after three weeks.
