1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The report submitted by the learned Counsel for the State endorsed by Inspector-in-Charge, Malda P.S. on 16.06.2023 be taken on record.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions and especially the contents of the report which also includes statement of the informant, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda in G.R. Case No. 3931 of 2019 arising out of Malda Police Station Case No. 542 of 2019 dated 24.08.2019 within 15 days from today. On her appearance and application for bail she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
