However, when the writ petition was taken up, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed.

State has submitted two reports:

one, prepared by the Inspector-in-charge of Bhadreswar Police Station and the other by the Inspector-in-charge of Haringhata

Police Station in respect of Bhadreswar P.S. Case No. 462 of 2024 dated 23.11.2024.

The petitioner submits that subsequent to the writ petition having been filed, the police authorities, till date, have not disturbed the petitioner, as such, presently, he has no grievance.

However, the petitioner would cooperate with the investigating agency in connection with the aforesaid criminal case.

In view of the submissions advanced by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13236 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
