Heard the learned Counsel for both the parties. 2.

Prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Similar prayer for bail of the co-accused persons have already been rejected by the co-ordinate Benches.

There is eye-witnesses so far as the entire transaction is concerned and the present petitioner has been implicated by the eye-witnesses both in their statements recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 4.

We do not find any supervening circumstance warranting reconsideration of the prayer for bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM (DB) 2231 of 2023 is dismissed.
