The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Raniganj Police Station, A.D.P.C., Paschim Bardhaman dated 05.04.2024 stated that the notice had been served upon the opposite party. Let the said report be kept on record.

Despite receipt of notice, none of the parties appeared before the Court nor represented by any learned advocates. The instant revisional application has been filed against order dated 25.05.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Asansol allowing the prayer for adinterim maintenance of the wife/opposite party thereby directing the husband/petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for the wife and further directing the husband/petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- for their minor daughter totaling Rs. 1,500/- per month according to English calendar month in connection with Misc. Case No. 1 of 2008 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Perused the contentions of the petition as well as impugned order. The marriage between the parties is not disputed neither the parentage of the child is disputed. The maintenance amount of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid to the wife in a month and a sum of Rs. 500/- to be paid towards minor daughter is justified.

Accordingly, there is no infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. As such the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
