At the outset the learned Advocate for the de facto complainant submits that the identity of the victim has been disclosed in Paragraph no. 11 of the application, particularly, Aadhar Card number which has already been uploaded in the portal of SARTHAC.

In such backdrop, this bail petition is found to be not in proper form.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh.

Learned Registrar Listing is directed to take immediate step for removal of the instant bail application from the portal of SARTHAC.

The original certified copy of order dated 25.04.2025 of the learned Trial Court be handed over to the learned Advocateon-Record for the petitioner. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
