Case No. 2401 of 1993 dated 11.10.1993 under Section 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code was disposed of 25.10.2019 on context and sole accused was acquitted under Section 248(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the same be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

The petitioner as well as opposite party No. 2 are present before the Court. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned trial court for immediate compliance.
