Mr. Vaisya, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor no. 1, produces instructions of the DPPG and the same is taken on record.

It is submitted that the office of the DPPG has already communicated to the D. I. to return the overdrawal amount to the petitioner.

It is expected that the concerned D. I. strictly complies with the Court's order dated 30.08.2022 and the directions of the DPPG with urgency and expedition by 12.07.2023.

It is submitted by Mr. Vaisya, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor no. 1 that the petitioner had deposited the overdrawal amount with the D. I. (SE), Paschim Medinipur. Hence, it is the D. I., who is supposed to return the same to the petitioner.
