Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition relating to its claim of refund has already been redressed and considering such submission, this writ petition being WPA No.13292 of 2023 is disposed of without passing any further order except granting liberty to the petitioner to make any claim of interest if it is entitled, in accordance with law.
