An affidavit-of-compliance has been filed by the Pradhan wherefrom it appears that the Pradhan has forwarded the resolution of the Panchayat to the SubDivisional Officer as well as Block Development Officer. The communication to the Sub-Divisional Officer as well as Block Development Officer by the Pradhan specifically mentions that an unauthorized construction exists over a water body.

As it appears that the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.

It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer.

The Pradhan is personally present in Court today. Her personal appearance stands dispensed with. The contempt application stands disposed of.

The Contempt Rule stands discharged.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
