The petitioner complains that the private respondents are encroaching upon his land and are threatening and intimidating him. He further complains alleged inaction on the part of Bhangore Police Station.

This Court is of the view that the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents are primarily civil in nature and hence, appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out in that regard.

The Inspector-in-charge, Bhangore Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
