Mr. Siddhartha Ghosh ...for the State.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of obtaining sanction plan and raising construction there has been interference and unlawful obstruction in the construction of the dwelling house of the petitioner. To that effect, petitioner informed all the administrative authorities on or about 27.03.2023 including the Inspector-incharge, Deganga Police Station. As none appears on behalf of the State Mr.

Siddhartha Ghosh, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the nature of the dispute complained of in the representation I am of the opinion that if the same inconvenience is faced by the petitioner till date, petitioner will file a fresh

representation. Police authorities would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13296 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
