Mr. Anjan Bhattacharya Mr. Partha Sarathi Basu ......for the petitioners Mr. Sutanu Chakraborti ...for the State The petitioners are part of a self-help group for development of dairy products, poultry farm and other small industrial development work. The contention is that the private respondents are interfering with the disbursement of funds by the State in favour of the petitioners.

The only prayer is for a direction on the State respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 24.03.2022.

The State is represented.

WPA 13050 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction on the respondent No. 3 being the Block Development Officer, Kulpi Block, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the representation within a period of three weeks after hearing the petitioners and all other necessary parties. The respondent No. 3 shall pass a reasoned order and a copy of the reasoned order shall

be made available to one of the petitioners within a week from date on which such reasoned order is passed.
