Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that in connection with the aforesaid case, the police authorities has submitted their Final Report as 'Mistake of Facts' which is FRMF No.

of dated 24.04.2025.

The report also reflects that State has prayed for discharge of all the

accused persons.

Having considered that presently no case is there before the learned jurisdictional Court, there is no scope for any interference by this Court.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application, if so advised, for further investigation. If such an application is taken out, the learned Magistrate would dispose of the same within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13093 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
