Challenging the legality of the appointment of the respondent no.7 in the post of Assistant Headmaster of Raidogachia High School, this writ petition was preferred. The post was filled up in the year 2007. After 2008 none has turned up to represent the writ petitioner. I am of the view that with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
