1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Taking into consideration the status of the petitioner who is a labourer, the nature of offence which is rampant in the city, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner at this stage.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
