Petitioner apparently is involved in cheating a sum in excess of Rs.94 Lakhs out of which, apparently, Rs.34 Lakhs yet to be recovered.

Considering the materials in the Case Diary and the complicity of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1806 of 2024 is disposed of.
