Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner submits that the representation which was made before the police authorities on 27.04.2023 was for the purposes of cultivation and harvesting of the crops. The purpose of the said representation is over.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.7 submits that the contentions advanced in the writ petition are full of suppression of facts and there is dispute regarding the ownership.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would submit a fresh representation in case there is any obstruction faced by him for cultivation and harvesting. The police authorities would consider the same in accordance with law and inform the outcome of such finding to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13300 of 2023 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
